The whole building has been built with the highest-quality traditional construction system from Porotherm 30 P+D circumferential brickwork masonry heated with the Baumit EPS 70S contact system, with a thickness of 120 mm. The ceiling construction uses the Porotherm ceramic case ceiling system with KPSN carriers with KSV 17/45 ceramic fillings 240 mm thick. The roofs are aisle with mineral sheet insulation. The roof covering and sheet metal products are from RHEINZINK titanium-zinc pre-weathered sheet metal. The fill-in openings are aluminium – the Aliplast system using Imperial aluminium profiles. The dominant opening system is adjustably collapsible, with slotted micro-ventilation aeration. The surface adjustments of the exterior are a combination of Verde Ubatuba large-format granite sheets in a water-finish arrangement and Thermowood – Northern Pine wooden facing.
In the scope of the standard, the floors and tiles are of Italian marble of various label types, whilst every apartment is unique and single, using of a different type of marble and tiling. The stairs of each apartment have been carried out in a combination of wood–metal, with glass-covered railings. Heating is low-temperature surface UNIVENTA. An individual warm water-air pump is the source of warmth for heat and warm water for each separate Villa. In the scope of the standard, the apartments are equipped with a white, black sanitary area and luxury kitchen unit in various design finishes.
