The WOODSTONE RESIDENCE project is an attractive, comfortable and modern space for living and business, but it is also as a place for spending leisure time not far from Poprad, which is the centre of tourism under the High Tatras (18 km from the Tatranská Štrba municipality connected by the D1 motorway).
The main idea of the project is to broaden the possibility of modern and high-quality living, taking into account current real estate market conditions, together with an emphasis on the quality of building realization whilst respecting new high-quality ecological technologies, standards and modern design.
These are modern four-floor residential buildings with two private garage spaces on the ground-floor part of the residence or, as the case may be, an exterior parking area under green terraces and relaxation areas directly in the project grounds.
The design of the architectural layout attempts optimally to use the given plot so as to create the most suitable conditions from the perspective of the plot shape, orientation to the world sides, limits for the construction of access and operating conditions.
